Third-generation potter working out of a tiled courtyard in the medina. Hassan throws thirty plates before breakfast and still says he is learning.

Ceramica was born in 2026 from the shared vision of two sisters who fell in love with the soul of Spain. From the sun-washed villages of Andalucía to the coastal kitchens of Malaga and the artisan workshops hidden in small mountain towns, we discovered a way of life centred around beauty, simplicity, and gathering around the table.
Inspired by the warmth of Spanish culture and the timeless charm of handmade pottery, we set out to create ceramics that bring that feeling into everyday homes. Each piece is designed with a modern Mediterranean aesthetic while honouring the old-world character of traditional craftsmanship. Think earthy textures, imperfect details, and forms made to be lived with and loved for years.
We believe pottery should be more than decoration. It should hold stories, meals, conversations, and memories. Our collections are made to make everyday rituals feel special, whether it's a quiet morning coffee or a table shared with family and friends.
At Ceramica, we are bringing the warmth of Spanish living to kitchens everywhere: modern ceramics with old-world charm, made for everyday life.
We don't deal in trends, we don't carry hundreds of lines, and we don't sell anything we wouldn't put on our own table. Most of all, we believe in the slow virtues of the handmade: that an object you can feel a person's hands in is, simply, better to live with.
Every piece is thrown, coiled or painted by hand. We don't carry anything we couldn't watch being made.
We buy directly from the artisans, visit their workshops in person, and pay above the local going rate.
Each piece is unpacked, inspected and re-packed at our Bristol studio, then shipped from the UK to your door.

Painter and glaze-mixer in a workshop that has been in her family since 1908. Her cobalt blues are mixed by eye, from minerals she still travels to find.
